Guided Meditations
The mind, in deeper states of meditation, is experienced as luminous, clear, and bright. This luminous quality of mind is deeply peaceful and endowed with wisdom. When we are identified with our thoughts and emotions, we are unable to perceive the mind in its natural state of clarity and peacefulness. Through diligent and consistent meditation practice, we gradually come to recognize that this experience is not as distant from us as it may seem.
