Level 1: Foundations: The Stable Ground

Build a strong foundation of practice through developing inner balance, mental clarity, and the recognition of awareness. Learn to carry mindfulness into daily life with greater ease and continuity.

Level 2: The Open Heart: A Heart-Centered Journey

Open and awaken the heart through the cultivation of the Four Divine Abodes: loving-kindness, compassion, empathetic joy, and equanimity. Develop these qualities through meditation and bring them into everyday life.

Level 3: Wisdom in Motion: Integrated Practice
